Marguerite Tonjes will fill out an "Invitation" form which emails you a dedicated link to complete with your information and email you provided to the USCMS PURSUE program. Marguerite will fill out the appropriate dates for site and computing access as well as experiment, Fermilab Point of Contact, etc.
You will receive an email with a link and subject "Fermilab Invitation Request", follow that link
This secure form is best filled out on a computer, note that you will need to securely upload an image of your RealID, and for non-US citizens provide CV information, do not send this information by email.

Student Research Agreement:
Emailed to you by Marguerite Tonjes or Jim Hirschauer is the Student Research Agreement (SRA) that needs to be completed by you the students.
Please complete the following:
Page 1- Fill in all highlighted areas
In Section A on the Student Research Agreement, your “Attending Educational Institution” should be the actual college/university at which you are currently enrolled – not Tougaloo College.
Page 6- Print, sign, and date as the student (middle of the page)

After completing and signing the form as instructed, please return via email to lpc-support (at) fnal.gov. LPC-support will arrange for additional signatures for the Fermilab Advisor and Institutional Advisor (Santanu Banerjee, Tougaloo).
Three trainings are Required before you arrive onsite to get your FNAL badge (your access request must be closed but a password is not needed to do the trainings from these links):

NOTE: If your legal name is different than the one in the form and you are unable to change it using the emailed link, please email campusaccess@fnal.gov to let them know, include your RITM number. You will have the option to define a preferred name as well.

NOTE: You are emailed your FermiWorks password, your username is given in the pdf attached to the "Informal Invitation" email you got when your account closed. Note that you will eventually need Kerberos and Services passwords as well (and all three are different, and Kerberos and Services cannot be emailed).
