"After two years of hard work and continuous learning, UPRM RoboBoat has taken on the challenge of participating in the 2023 International RoboBoat Competition hosted by RoboNation. It is with great pleasure that I announce that the team is ready and on its way to fulfill and accomplish anything that comes to our path. Our values and persistence have pushed us to a place where UPRM RoboBoat has never been, autonomy. A major milestone that will allow future generations within this family to continue climbing the ladder of success. To say that I’m proud of this team falls short of the emotion that, as Captain of this team, I feel. I will like to thank every single person that has contributed to where we are today: former members, captains, professors, volunteers, and our sponsors for trusting our process and us. Nonetheless, our work is not over yet. RoboBoat Competition 2023, here we go!"

Outreach Activities
At the beginning of the semester, the team presented an info-session at Colegio San Antonio Abad at Humacao, Puerto Rico. During the activity, the high schoolers learn STEM knowledges applied on our team.
During November, the University welcomed the Class of 2023 from around the island. We discussed our different roles on the team and experiences with the students as Colegiales. It was an enriching experience!
