Based on graduation year students are placed with a center and a Center Support Team that uses a multidisciplinary approach to supporting students in activating learning pathways through graduation. Counselors in the center help students move toward promotion and graduation eligibility and get involved at school; and students also have access to counselors in the College & Career Center (CCC) who support planning for life after high school including work, college, trade schools, and military pathways.
