Our final report is the full documentation, and our evaluation, of what we have accomplished for our project.
This will be in the form of an article that we will post on the class blog, with an embedded 5-minute video.
What to write
Your article should be at least 500 words and should be accompanied by an embedded 5-minute video featuring your project and what you achieved together with your partner.
This is what we will publicly share on e-Skolar ng Bayan, our class blog, to serve as both inspiration and guide to those who may be looking for ideas on what they can do for their communities. The more detailed your report, the better. This way, our readers will have an idea of exactly what to do to so they can reach out and contribute to their communities as well.
The following are the parts of the article:
Background and overview
The problem/ need you are addressed and why it is important to address it
Your partner organization
Goal and objectives
Milestones
Brief text descriptions of the milestones (NOT your milestone poster/video)
Final outputs/ activities
Details of your final activity or the full accomplishments of your project
If you had a webinar /program, include a description of what happened during the program (e.g. parts of the program, who was there, how many participants attended).
Feedback from your partner and other stakeholders
Quotes or feedback from your partner(s) and the people involved
Project evaluation
Did you achieve all your objectives? Why or why not?
Challenges encountered and how you got through them
What you could have done better
Good practices you did
Lessons learned
Tips and recommendations for fellow citizens interested in doing the same for their communities
REMEMBER: DON'T post certificates and signatures on the blog.
Get consent for all photos and names that you will include in the article.
Please keep in mind that our blog is public.
Make sure to obtain the consent of all people whose names, faces, or work will appear on our blog article (including yourselves and your partner as well as their logo, etc.)
Those who did not or were not able to give consent should be blurred.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
The “Certificate of Project Completion” is evidence that you completed your project and your partner has accepted your work. This will be submitted in MyPortal along with the link to your final report.
NOTE: For barangays that will be conducting online donation drives, please take down your materials after you receive your grade. We just want to make sure that these will not be used by other people for purposes other than what we intended in the class.
Your final report is essentially a summary of the previous requirements, plus evaluation and recommendations.
It makes up 10% of your grade, and will be marked as follows:
Contains all required parts and information (3%)
Includes a 5-minute video that captures the process and accomplishments of the project (3%);
Clearly written and detailed enough for the reader to understand the whole project process (2%);
Achieved all project objectives (2%).
Congratulations for making it through! :)
