Roles and responsibilities of the UPOU FIC

Basically, the FIC is tasked to "deliver" the RBCP, or a version of it, and teach the course primarily through the MyPortal course site considering key principles of open and distance learning and within the bounds of the University of the Philippines' standards of honor and excellence.
