Physical products-shipping return or refund policy
Inspire and Empower Media Shop does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items
Beauty or Accessories products
Candy and any other consumable products
Clearance
Gift cards
Any physical products. Shop orders, or sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If there are mistakes with your order, at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
Replace the physical product or issue a refund
And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping.
If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD RETURN or refund POLICY
We currently do not accept returns on any digital downloads. Instant access is provided to all digital product sales. Digital downloads have no shipping or download cost. If you have any questions/concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you item is damaged or defective, send us an email at admin@strongkeysbusinesssolutions.com to start the replacement process.
Gifts
We do not accept returns or give refunds for physical or digital gift orders.
