Duty Overview: Customer Service Professional answers customer questions, provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. Plus, resolves issues, schedule appointments or take payments over the telephone for Fortune 500 and mid-level companies. This position requires you to interact with customers via inbound calls or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.

What You’ll Do

Choosing when & how often you want to work
Respond to chats, emails, and calls from customers
Quickly help customers with good solutions
Solve problems in a creative way
Document details of calls & customer interactions in the appropriate systems
Type and talk at the same time
Navigate multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time.
Great communication skills (verbal and written)
Can type 20 WPM or more
Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation
Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Agents will have varying earning potential depend on the client you contract with, but all clients pay for time spent talking on the phone & assisting customers.
You may also receive performance-based pay & other incentives (earnings depend on hours worked, client contract, type of support provided, etc).
As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor providing work-from-home customer support services, you are responsible for your own tax obligations. Actual earnings may vary depending on campaign, call type, call volume, and other factors. Independent Contractors are responsible for expenses and control their own income. PAY RANGE FROM $10-16/HOUR. Some clients offer $1-2.00 incentives to base rates for working more hours.
SCHEDULING & HOURS
Contractor's providing service on the Omni platform choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute intervals. You get to choose how when & how often you provide services. The more hours you work, the more you can make!
PAY DURING TRAINING
Training is fully paid. However, you will begin to earn money during training. So please check the opportunity announcement of the start date of when you will earn money during training.
