Welcome, I'm LaShundra!
My name is LaShundra Williams, MSW, Entreprenuer, Author and Coach. I empower entrepreneurs to achieve their vision through purposeful decision making.
With over 15 years experience in the field of child welfare and cognitive behavior therapy and success as a social worker, coach, trainer, speaker, and educator, I use these skills + my own life experience to support my customers!
Growing up I knew I had to work hard to get what I wanted out of life…so I did. I earned the good grades, got the degrees, and worked multiple jobs at once. More than once in my life, I found myself settling into a job, routine, or relationship that wasn’t the best for me due to mindset blocks, fear, and complacency. I was able to catch myself during these moments in life, refocus on my vision and goals and implement a system I now use to help others achieve their purpose and passion in life without doubt, fear or burnout.
My passion is helping women to trust themselves to make decisions that bring success. As women we tend to suffer from perfection, people-pleasing, and we doubt ourselves. However, when we learn to lead from our passion we become purposeful.
By living a intentional and purpose life we excel in careers, have the relationships we want, prioritize our needs, and live our biggest visions.
When I’m not having fun while changing the world…
I enjoy spending time with my family and have an 2 fun dog that keeps me busy! I am passionate about self care and am always looking for ways to incorporate this in life. I love traveling and finding ways to relax such as reading, getting massages, and spending time with my kids and hubby. You can usually find me at the beach or baking in the kitchen.
