1. Assessment

Assessment in BED are categorized into formative and summative assessments. 

• Formative assessments refer to activities designed to allow the student and the teacher to monitor the student's progress toward the attainment of target learning competencies. Formative assessment outputs are not graded.

• Summative assessments refer to activities designed to measure the student's attainment of learning competencies. Summative assessment output are rated using rubrics.

2. Grading

Grading will be based on the components specified and their weights in DepEd Order No. 8, series of 2015. Minor modifications were done following FEUR's standards and this primer. The subject included whitin a given quarter or semester will be graded using the following components :
