Boston Teachers Union (BTU) Paraprofessional Pay Scale
Please note that BPS will evaluate your educational credentials to determine where you land on the scale. Please note that UP Paras are paid across 26 pay periods; because of this the hourly rate will look different than a BPS para scale for 22 paychecks but the annual pay is equivalent.
Boston Association of School Administrators and Supervisors (BASAS) Pay Scale - Deans
All BASAS members at UP are at the pay grade of 10B.
Administrative Guild Pay Scale - Office Managers
Staff members in certain roles are exempt from union membership. In those cases, staff members should contact talentsupport@upeducationnetwork.org if they have questions about their pay. Exempt roles include Principals, Director of Operations, and the culture and operations teams.
All BPS employees are paid biweekly on Fridays.
