Login using username and password: If you have a remote access account, you may access PSHEV by keying the username and password.

IP Access: You can access PSHEV without loggin in on the database, as long as you are connected or using the UPVTC's internet connection (i.e. within campus). To access PSHEV via IP access:

• Connect your device tot he UPV's internet connection

• Open PSHEV, https://www.philippinestudies.net/ojs/index.php/ps
