3. Reserve Collection
This collection is located at the Circulation & Reserve Desk and can only be accessed with the assistance of the
desk in-charge.
The books from this collection can be borrowed for:
(1) Room Use
(2) Photocopying
(3) Overnight Home reading
4. Graduate Studies Collection
This collection is located at the Graduate Studies Reading Room and can only be accessed with the assistance of the
desk in-charge.
The books from this collection can be borrowed for:
(1) Room Use
(2) Photocopying
(3) Overnight Home reading
5. Archives Collection
This collection is maintained by the Head Librarian and the Theses Desk in-charge.
This section plays a critical role in safeguarding and providing access to materials of historical and research significance, hence:
Leyte-Samar and Upiana collections can be borrowed for:
(A) Photocopying
(B) Room Use
The Theses can only be borrowed for Room Use.

This collection is located at the Serials Desk and requires the assistance of the desk in-charge.

This collection is located at the Circulation and Reserve Desk and requires the assistance of the desk in-charge.
