Submission of thesis for graduating students for Library Clearance

1. The thesis should be its final and approved version.

2. It should be submitted in two (2) copies: one (1) hardbound and one (1) PDF.

2.1. The following options are available for submitting a hardbound copy:

a) Onsite submission

It can be submitted by the "focal person" appointed to the group thesis. Please notify the Library about the designated individual in advance via email. 

b) Courier

If you choose this option, please notify the Library in advance via email. 


2.2. The following options are available for submitting a PDF copy:

a) Email

You can send the copy to: pharmlib.upm@up.edu.ph; cc: thesis adviser, and the Department chair. 

b) USB/Flash Drive


PDF file name format: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME and MIDDLE INITIAL

(Academic Program)_THESIS TITLE 

(example: DELA CRUZ, JUAN C (BSIP)_Quatemary alkaloids of berberis barandana vidals) 


3. There is no deadline for submitting the thesis. However, in order to avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you have accomplished this requirement before requesting Library clearance.

Lost and found

The Library is not liable for the safeguarding of personal belongings brought into the premises, and patrons are expected to keep their things, especially valuables, within their sight at all times.

Library staff will handle all lost and found items. All materials will be recorded and stored at the Library.

On the day of loss, if you feel you have left something in the library, please contact us via  email, on our Facebook page or proceed to the information desk.
