New Books. Newly purchased books are initially displayed on the New Books shelf on the first floor. There is also a new acquisitions list that may be viewed on the library's website.
Circulation Books. Books in circulation may be checked out for two weeks, and renewable for another two weeks if the books are not needed or in demand. Undergraduates may borrow a maximum of five books; graduate students, a maximum of ten books.
Electronic Resources. Library computer terminals are linked to the University Library (Main Library) that hosts the electronic resources.
Filipiniana Books. Printed books in the Philippines; books about the Philippines, regardless of author, language, and publisher's imprint; and books published by Filipinos in any subject.
Periodicals. Contains the serial collection of the NCPAG Library. The collection is restricted to room use only and the open shelf system is maintained.
Reference Sources. Dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, yearbooks, and other publications are consulted for specific or general information. Room-use only.
Reserve Books. Books and photocopied articles signed or recommended by the faculty for their courses. These materials are for room use and maybe check-out for overnight use.
Raul P. De Guzman. The Raul P. De Guzman (RPG) Special Collection consists of photos, memorabilia, artwork, plaques, and certificates of achievements during RPG's time.
Theses& Dissertations. Located in the Reserve Section. It contains the collection of NCPAG theses and dissertations written by NCPAG graduate students as part of their degree requirements. The copies in printed and bound format are arranged by year in chronological order. Also included are the policy and star papers. The theses and dissertations are searchable through the ILIB Web OPAC.
UP-NCPAG Papers. The UP-NCPAG Papers collection consists of materials about the college that supplement the history of the institution, college bulletins, and publications, published and unpublished works of faculty members and staff, research reports, syllabi, minutes, and related documents from college committees.
Leisure Reading Collection. Aside from academic texts, the library has books and other materials to relax with for a break from course readings. The collection includes fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, comic books, newspapers, and magazines.
Fidel V. Ramos. The Fidel V. Ramos (FVR) collection contains mainly the published writings of former President Fidel V. Ramos. It includes books he authored, periodicals with his column writings, and some clippings. Also, there are a few biographical materials, family memoirs, and a few magazines.
