The Voice
The Official Publication of the UPLB Development Communicators' Society
The Voice is the official publication of the UPLB Development Communicators' Society, the pioneer and the premier organization of development communication students at the College of Development Communication (CDC), UPLB.
Since 1988, The Voice has committed itself to embody the values and principles of a trustworthy, community-oriented, and unwavering Development
Communication practice. With the lessons and skills acquired from inside the college, The Voice serves as an avenue for members of the UPLB Development Communicators' Society to not only deliver relevant news from inside the university but, more importantly, to collectively advocate for sociopolitical issues that impact Filipino communities, and support causes that align with the Society's dedication to serve the people and promote social change.

COMMUNICATION FOR CHANGE
We at The Voice firmly believe in uncompromised but compassionate journalism. Every veracious news report, hard-hitting opinion article, and insightful feature story aspires to amplify the voice of the marginalized and is written with the hope that it sparks empathy and inspiration inside whoever it reaches; enough that it motivates them to initiate and participate in creating a society that is livable, inclusive, and fair--holding true to the teachings of Dr. Ma. Stella Tirol that "Communication is the Steering Wheel for Development."
