Illinois Agility Test
Flat non-slip surface, cones, stopwatch, measuring tape
Subjects are positioned with their hands by their shoulders and their fronts facing the starting line. On the ‘GO’ command, the stopwatch is started and the participant gets up as quickly as possible and runs around the path in the indicated direction while avoiding the cones until they reach the finish line, at which the timer will stop.
2. Quadrant Jump Test
measuring tape, chalk/tape, stopwatch
A quadrant is drawn out on the floor with an indicated starting line and numbers. The participant stands with both feet together at the starting line. On the 'GO' command, they jump ahead across the line into the first quadrant, then in sequential order into quadrants 1,2,3,4,1,2 and so on. This pattern is continued as fast as possible for 10 seconds.
