IPC Trainers are designated representatives from each department/unit trained by HICU on basic infection prevention and control (IPC), including practical skills such as PPE donning and doffing. They are responsible for conducting hands-on IPC training and N95 fit-testing within their units during onboarding, annual refreshers, and whenever new IPC updates or policies are introduced.
