Processing and Review

Submitted manuscripts will be subjected to checking of conformity to basic submission guidelines, i.e.:

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word.
  3. The manuscript has a Title Page as the first page of the manuscript. The Title Page will be separated from the rest of the manuscript during the review process to ensure double-blind review.
  4. The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point Times New Roman; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses);
  5. All illustrations and figures are placed at the end while tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points.
  6. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Non-conformity to the guidelines may be grounds for rejection of the paper. Once the manuscript has passed the checking, it will be sent to the designated reviewers. Review is double-blind. Submitting authors are free to nominate at least 3 experts in a group or field who may contribute to the improvement and thorough review of their manuscripts, whom the editorial board members may consider as possible reviewers.

Author(s) will be requested to make the revisions or alterations proposed by the reviewers on their copy. The revised manuscripts should be returned through e-mail within two weeks after receipt of reviewed manuscripts; otherwise, proposed changes by reviewers may be selectively incorporated by the editor(s). Subsequent correspondence will be conducted through e-mail until the time that the issue where the accepted paper is included has been published.
