Week 1

On March 12, 2024, I secured permission from my barangay chairman to conduct a preliminary survey questionnaire by composing a cover letter. Of course, this is a standard procedure when conducting a needs analysis. 

As soon as the barangay chairman signed it the following week, I started working on my pre-survey forms for the purpose of assessing the barangay’s needs in an urban gardening education program.
