The time it will take for the participants to finish the tasks will be recorded by the officials. Officials will also take note of the violations or errors committed in the task performance. The officials will submit the recorded time to the faculty-in-charge. The faculty-in-charge then inputs the verified time in the Google sheets shared by all. The results will be posted on the projector screen at the multi-sports courts periodically to update student participants. 

The top three performers and special awards (best time per task) will be recognized in the awarding ceremony.
