The volunteer officials for the culminating activity are students from various organizations, namely PUSH UP, UPM Fencing Club, UPM Table Tennis Club, and UPM Badminton Club.
The officials are expected to fulfill the following:
Ensure the correct composition and number of participants as submitted;
Monitor and record the time it will take for the participants to finish the tasks;
Monitor and record the participants’ violations;
Report to the faculty the record of results using the standardized score sheet.
The officials will receive the submitted composition of participants before the start of the activity on Sunday. The officials will also use a standardized scoring system and sheet.
All officials are expected to arrive at the Sports Science and Wellness Center by 6:00 am on M. Lecture Room 2 (LR2), located on the second floor, will serve as their headquarters and meeting place. The faculty-in-charge of the officials is Mr. David. All concerns about the officials will be through Mr. David.
