Abstract Submission Guidelines

Scholars, performers, educators, and practitioner-researchers are invited to submit abstracts aligned with the conference theme and its thematic strands.

• Word limit: 250–300 words (excluding keywords)

• Language: English

• Abstracts should be written in clear academic English and be free of identifying information within the main text.

Abstract Structure

Abstracts should include the following elements:

• Title of the paper

• Thematic strand (select the most relevant one)

• Research focus or central argument

• Methodology/approach (theoretical, ethnographic, performance-based, analytical, etc.)

• Key findings or expected contribution

• Relevance to the conference theme

• Keywords (Provide 4–6 keywords that best describe the focus of the paper)

Review Process

• All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Academic Committee.

• Selection will be based on thematic relevance, originality, conceptual clarity, and scholarly contribution.

• Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.
