• Digital Infrastructure: A comprehensive evaluation and modernization of existing IT infrastructure will enhance technological capabilities and improve operational efficiency and embark on Digital Transformation Strategy.

• Localized Quality Assurance System: The Bologna Process - ESG Standards will be meticulously tailored to address the specific context and requirements of the University of Duhok.

• Localized Quality Management System: We will adapt the quality management system to effectively address the unique needs and complexities inherent to university operations.

• Strategic Planning and Management Governance Framework: A robust governance framework will be established, as outlined in Chapter 4, to ensure the successful execution of strategic planning and management processes.
