Brief History
In this scientific and digital world, the internet has become an important and effective means of communication throughout the world and many fields are using it effectively. Web based applications have been widely implemented and proven to provide benefits to the communities. The field of education has also implemented the use of technology. Therefore, the use of internet has now become the means of learning and exchange information that is useful for community service providers and boarding house users' who aim to make it easier for someone to get practical and efficient information about boarding houses in that particular area.
Brief Description Of The Project.
The study aims at designing the web based system that will be managing the boarding houses for the University of Zambia students in a simple way. The system's main goal is to keep track of available boarding houses for UNZA students. The system will also help copy up with various problems which the students and boarding house owners encounter. Since a lot of universities and colleges students are still using current methods which involve manually following of boarding house by foot which may also lead to some unwanted problems to both students and parents. Having this system will eliminate these problems for it will be providing easy way of finding the boarding house where it is situated.
