Boro Krstic, Associate professor, has been the director of the University of Bijeljina since 2012 and the dean of the Faculty of Agriculture since 2016. He published over 30 scientific papers and one monograph. He is the editor-in-chief of the Center for publishing and scientific journal ‘’Akademski Pregled’’. His areas of interest are: international law, commercial law, pharmaceutical and health legislation. He is a member of the organizational and scientific committees of scientific gatherings organized by the University and other higher education institutions. He is the initiator of a series of actions that the University of Bijeljina undertakes in the interest of the local and wider community, which have an educational outcome and character. He is the coordinator of the project GROWTH. In addition, he is a participant in the project Harvesting (digital) Alternation in Ways that Knock- down Inaccessibility of New Generations 101128741- HAWKING — ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND-2.
Ljiljana Tomić is the owner of the Bijeljina University, and an associate professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the same University. Previously, she was the dean of the mentioned faculty. She has published dozens of scientific papers regarding pharmacology and pharmacy, public health and environmental protection and a monograph. She has participated in various ERASMUS+ projects. Her research interests include drugs and the impact of diet on human health.
Jasmina Šljivić has the degree with the acquired academic title of doctor of medical sciences – pharmacy, obtained from Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, Serbia for narrow scientific field Drug analysis. She is currently working as Assistant professor at University of Bijeljina in Bijeljina for narrowly specialized subjects. She is also the President ofthe Commission for the implementation of student professional practice. She is an editor in editorial board in the field of Medical and Health Sciences in the scientific journal Akademski pregled. She is a reviewer of 2 practicum and 1 textbook, and she is the editor of the proceedings of the scientific-professional congress with international participation. She published 3 original scientific papers in journals of international significance from the SCI list, 1 paper in national journal, 5 scientific papers at a meeting of international significance that were printed in the proceedings. She also published 2 professional papers, and also 1 paper at national scientific-professional conference with international participation and 1 paper at national scientific-professional congress with international participation.
Miroslav Nedeljković, Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Bijeljina University, Bijeljina, BiH. He completed first degree academic studies in Agro-economics at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad in 2006, and master's studies in the same field at the same faculty in 2008. He defended his doctoral dissertation entitled: "Forecasting production and economic indicators of crops in the Republic of Srpska" in 2019, at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad. He is employed at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of "Bijeljina" from Bijeljina (BiH), as a assistant professor in the group of subjects in agricultural economics and quantitative methods. In 2020 he has been appointed as vice-rector for scientific work and international cooperation. He has published several dozens of scientific papers in the field of agricultural economics, application of quantitative methods in agribusiness, and business decision-making in agriculture. Research results were published in domestic and foreign scientific journals and presented at domestic and international conferences. He is a member of the editorial boards and scientific boards of several domestic and international journals and conferences
Slađana Vujičić received her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Engineering Sciences in Kragujevac, Serbia.She is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Women's Entrepreneurship and Education-JWE, published by the Institute of Economic Sciences, Belgrade, technical secretary of the journal International Review, published by the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, Belgrade, Organizing Committee of the International Conference “Employment, education and entrepreneurship” which is organized every year in October by the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, Belgrade. Acquired knowledge and skills of working as team member in some entrepreneurship project. Associate on projects of local self-governments and ministries. She was a participant an TEMPUS project. Maja Arsenovic graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Department of English Language and literature, at Sinergija University in Bijeljina. Currently, she is working at University of Bijeljina in Bijeljina as a foreign language teacher. In addition, she is also a marketing and public relations officer and a member of the board for international cooperation at Bijeljina University. She is one of the participants of the Harvesting (digital) Alternation in Ways that Knock-down Inaccessibility of New Generations project -HAWKING- together with other members of the university. Maja Arsenovic is the conference host and the host of professional seminars . Furthermore, Maja Arsenović is currently studying for a master's degree in English language and literature, majoring in "Contemporary Language Studies".
Nenad Radmanović, a law graduate, performs the duties of the Secretary General of the University. Leads and coordinates the work of the administrative services of the University and its members. He participates in the work of all bodies, as secretary, and takes care of their legality.
