Rewind is a resort inspired by the vintage aesthetic of the past Las Vegas. We wanted to create a resort that captures the beautiful history of Las Vegas as well as capture the amazing art of the past since we are located near other properties that are known for their art.

• Rewind is 6 miles up North the Las Vegas Strip.

• Rewind is 1.6 miles from Downtown Las Vegas.

Guest can be transported by the monorail.

Our resort will feature an area for casino gaming.

Rewind will include a theater with similar features as the KA Theater. The audience will be able to control some of the stage movement so they can feel like they are apart of the action. We will team up with the Smiths Center to have some of their preformances on our technical stage.

Rewind will have a vintage inspired roller skating rink. There will be two floors where one floor will be dedicated to beginners and the other room will be dedicated for more advance skaters. It will include:

• A Guest DJ With Retro Music

• LED Disco Lights

• Skater Aids For Beginners

The virtual reality game room will have digital screen walls and headsets will be provided to make the whole experience more realistic.

We target a diverse audience of different cultures. We will offer fine dining restaurants based on different cultures like Mexican, Italian, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Russian.

Our 50s style coffee shop offers anything from Starbucks coffee to regular or international coffee. It will also include a retro style small diner.

Rewind will include a few luxury shops that match the vintage aestetic of our resort such as:

• Oscar De La Renta

• Chanel

We will team up with local small businesses to help support them. We want to be involved with out community by branching out to minorities and vinage aestetics.

Rewind will partner up with local record store such as, 11th Street Records, Moondog Records, or Record City.

Monorail is available for visitors to ride from our resort to Downtown, and from Downtown to our resort.
