My Philosophy in Teaching 

      Every teacher, whether it is an assistant teacher, teacher, assistant professor or professor who has rights and duties at the same time, just as the state has guaranteed very good privileges for professors, so they have a set of duties, some of these duties are related to the place where he works (the university), so he will not be keen to do everything He can develop this educational institution and be keen on it as if it belongs to him and he is responsible for it and does not fail and does not refuse when he is asked for any work that would serve the university and has an effective role in providing all the opinions and ideas that would develop the university as well as its relationship with the broad university family represented from the top of the pyramid ( The dean of the university) and even the youngest employee, as well as with the teachers in his department or with other departments. This relationship must be of cooperation, love and brotherhood in order to work together to advance this institution to a prominent level. On the other hand, the teacher must pay attention to his studies and make every effort to communicate the correct and new information first-hand to the students and use all the means of explanation to help the students to receive information. Likewise, the students should look at his children and his siblings and have a compassionate father who deals with them the treatment of the father-educator On the other hand, the professor must not neglect his scientific career, but he must exercise his natural role in conducting research and participating in scientific conferences and in various places, both at home and abroad, and I must be active in his specialty always looking for yellow and accurate information in order to have a general and correct idea of His field of specialization.
