The postcode to use, is the delivery postcode provided at the time of order. If you have requested an address change, that was processed, which included the postcode, then you should use this updated information

Order Number: You can find your order number in the delivery note that was in the package. If you don't have this, you can find this order number in your original delivery email.

The information provided to our returns provider may differ due to currency or exchange rates at the time of dispatch. You can rest assured that any refunds will match what you paid at the time of your order.
You can use the original packaging that the item was sent or any standard box or bag. We have listed some tips below to help protect your return and to improve our chance of processing it as quickly as possible for you:
Ensure the packaging is suitable for the item your are returning (fragile items to be in boxes and wrapped well)
Ensure there are no labels on the outside of the box that might confuse the carrier or result in the item being delivered somewhere else
On the outside of your parcel, please detail your order number and name. This will help us identify the return and process it quickly
Inside the parcel, please include a note that details, your order number and name, items returned and reason for return
During the registration process, you will be shown your nearest drop off points.
Alternatively, simply search for the carrier displayed on your label and they will provide a link to lookup your local drop off points.
You can track your return on the courier website using the tracking number on the label you printed.
We aim to process all returns within 14 days. However this can be longer during busy periods or if the return is not labelled correctly.
Where possible, we will aim to process exchanges. In the event we are not able to, a refund will be immediately provided instead.
