No, not at all. Depending on the service selected, sometimes the local postal operators don't provide delivery updates or confirmations once it has been handed to them by our International carrier.
Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days of its arrival with your local postal carrier.
The first actions we suggest are:
Confirm the address you provided at the time of order was accurate
Check your property in case the carrier/postman has left the item in a "safe place"
Check with your neighbours in case they took delivery of the order on your behalf
Check with your local post office in case it is ready for collection
If the latest expected delivery date has not passed, we kindly ask that you wait until this date before contacting us.

Occasionally we may separate orders, due to weight, size or if there is a significant delay in processing part of your order. We’ll do our best to keep you updated in any instance this happens. You will NOT be charged any additional costs for separate deliveries.
No, all taxes and duties were included in your order price.
If this happens, please feel free to pay the charges and collect your item. Once you have done this send us a copy of the paperwork/receipts showing the costs and the tracking number and we'll reimburse you as quickly as possible.
Alternatively, you can refuse to pay and the item will be retuned. You will be refunded once the item arrives back to our warehouse. However please be mindful that in some cases this can take up to 3 months.
We are a UK based seller and the products we dispatched will frequently display UK/EU sizing. You should have received the correct corresponding US size for the product that you ordered.
We recommend that you try on the footwear an that if they still do not fit correctly, just get in touch with us via the site on which you place the order and we'll do our best to help get it sorted for you.

In most major countries we have a returns address to reduce any potential costs for returning your items, if they apply.
You can use the original packaging that the item was sent or any standard box or bag. We have listed some tips below to help protect your return and to improve our chance of processing it as quickly as possible for you:
Ensure the packaging is suitable for the item your are returning (fragile items to be in boxes and wrapped well)
Ensure there are no labels on the outside of the box that might confuse the carrier or result in the item being delivered somewhere else
On the outside of your parcel, please detail your order number and name. This will help us identify the return and process it quickly
Inside the parcel, please include a note that details, your order number and name, items returned and reason for return
We aim to process all returns within 14 days. However this can be longer during busy periods or if the return is not labelled correctly.
Where possible, we will aim to process exchanges. In the event we are not able to, a refund will be immediately provided instead.
