To facilitate the Management of the University of Jaffna for the proper discharge of its accountability functions in accordance with Rule and Regulations, Circulars issued from time to time so as to facilitate academic, financial and administrative activities and functions of the University of Jaffna through an independent review, appraisal of risk and reporting.
