About us
About us
Artificial intelligence is transforming the rules of competition, blurring the boundaries between industrial sectors, and making it essential to build an ecosystem where research laboratories, startups, companies, and institutions can benefit from the unprecedented strategic advantage that AI can offer.
To turn this vision into reality, a sustained approach is required, one that continuously supports both scientific research and the productive ecosystem.
For this reason, the Lab:
Develops strategic partnerships with Main Partners, collaborating with leading national and multinational companies in the artificial intelligence sector that support the Lab financially and infrastructurally, as well as through the direct involvement of human resources working alongside researchers.
Generates market impact, by designing and implementing technology transfer processes that bring research results into concrete applications, supporting the creation and growth of startups and spin-offs.
Strengthens research by systematically reinvesting in scientific activities to advance knowledge in artificial intelligence and foster the creation of new high-tech entrepreneurial initiatives.
The Lab's projects focus not only on research, examining the use of artificial intelligence across different contexts and the changes it introduces or requires within companies and innovation ecosystems, but also on development, leveraging AI to address complex challenges across multiple sectors (food, art, education, training, research), and on impact, by promoting the technology transfer of research outcomes.
