Requisites

 Official language

Slides should be written in English. For the maximum inclusivity,  English for all oral presentation is mandatory.

Oral contributions

The following times are associated with the different types of talk:

Plenary lecture: 60 minutes, including  discussion and Q&A.

Guided talk or hands-on tutorial: 90 minutes, including discussion and Q&A.

Flash presentations: 3 minutes.

Poster contributions

For logistic reasons posters will not be included.

Ethernet Wi-fi access

Participants can access the wi-fi infrastructure by using the personal  Eduroam account. Please check the service has been activated on your devices.

Projection

The room includes a standard projector attached to a PC running Microsoft Windows with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. We encourage the speakers to save their presentation in the standard Powerpoint format to easily load the presentation on the main PC to save time and avoid technical problems.

Needed hardware for students

For the lessons to be effective each participants should arrive with his/her own laptop. No local hardware facilities will be provided.
