Guide to authors

All interested attendees (excluding the invited speakers) should follow these easy steps to attend the school:

• Check for the Deadlines dates.

• Fill in the pre-registration form. This step is mandatory. We will not accept requestes of participation by email or any other forms.

• Wait until an email will inform you whether you have been accepted as a participant as the number of seats is limited to 50 places.

• In case of negative answer you will be set in an overbooking list. Before the early bird registration we will inform you whether a seat has been become available for you.

• In case of positive answer you will be notified within the time windows schedule. 

• Afetr being accepted as a student and you would like to apply for a bursary support you should immediately proceed to submit the needed infos following the instruction at this link. You will receive an email about the result of your request in the allotted time window. If you have been selected for a bursary support you should immediately proceed to the registration link without finalizing the registration fee. In case we cannot support your request, you should finalize your registration inclusive of the registration fee.
