By attending the Multicultural Celebration for Connection, Love, and Peace, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may take place.
Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded, with the understanding that the event hosts and organizers may use these recordings in perpetuity. This may include, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, news, and promotional materials.
By entering the event premises, you waive any rights or claims related to the use of your image, voice, or name in recorded media. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to review or approve materials, claims of invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, defamation, copyright infringement, or requests for compensation.
All photography, filming, and recording will be conducted in accordance with this policy. If you do not consent, please refrain from entering the event space.

The event hosts and organizers are not responsible for the preparation, handling, or ingredients of shared food items. Attendees with food allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and inquire about ingredients as needed.
By attending, you agree to release the event hosts, organizers, and partners from any liability related to food consumption.
