- A 1.5 day/1 night trekking adventure on the other side of the Sa Pa Valley
- One overnight homestay in ethnic minority village (Ta Phin)
- Art activity at ethnic minority school
- Field activity 2: Service Learning investigation
- Optional Sa Pa Legend Cable Car ride to the top of Fan Xi Pang mountain and the highest peak in Vietnam. (This activity is dependent on weather*. Those who do not like heights do not need to participate)
- *Sa Pa Town treasure hunt in the event of poor weather and for those who do not wish to take the cable car

- You want to be outside, like walking, but would prefer one long and one shorter day of walking, and one night in a local home stay

- The trek is NOT difficult but the second day involves a long day of walking There will be short climbs and descents.
- Approx. trek duration:
- Day 1 - approx. 3.5 hours of trekking
- Day 2 - approx 5 hours of trekking
- In rainy weather the route will be muddy, and you will get dirty! All part of the fun!
- Your homestay provides basic local accommodation: bed/matress, mosquito net, basic toilet and shower facilities. Don’t expect ‘home-from-home’ or The Sheraton!
