Speakers are intended on an invitation basis. A limited number of contributed posters by young researchers is admitted, upon acceptance by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission / registration procedure and deadlines:

• Complete the registration form (link). Presenters of talk/poster will be required to attach an abstract of their contribution in LaTeX format (template);

Deadline: 

• February 28, 2025 for poster contributions (notification of acceptance: March 15, 2025) 

• March 31, 2025 for invited speakers and all other participants

• Pay the registration fee, following the instructions at the end of this page. Please send acknowledgment of the payment at: sdide2025@gmail.com.

Deadline: 

• March 31, 2025 for all participants

Fees

The registration fee for those who would like to attend to the social dinner is 250EUR and includes

• workshop material

• shuttle Salerno-University (round trip) 

• coffe breaks

• lunches

• excursion

• social dinner
  

The registration fee for those who will not attend the social dinner is 200EUR and includes

• workshop material

• shuttle Salerno-University (round trip) 

• coffee breaks

• lunches

• excursion

Instructions for the payment

The payment should be done at the following link, by clicking on “Pagamenti per Dipartimento di Matematica/DIPMAT”, and

• selecting “Iscrizione a Eventi” in the “Payment Reason” (motivo di pagamento) box

• writing “Registration fee SDIDE 2025” in the box “Reason” (causale) - IMPORTANT!

Then by clicking on “Start online payment” (Pagamento immediato) the payment by credit card can be done.
