Fill out the Registration Form 

• Complete the form fields.

• Indicate whether you need an invoice

• No: a payment receipt is sufficient*.

• Yes: provide all required billing information. The University will issue an electronic invoice after receiving the necessary information.

Once your payment has been received and verified, the event organizing team will issue a payment receipt (containing the following information: participant's full name, registration data, registration fee paid, payment method, payment reference, event name and dates). 

Make the payment

• Residents in Italy: follow the pagoPA instructions provided in the form.

• Residents abroad:

  • Without an invoice: make the bank transfer using the bank details provided in the form.

  • With an invoice*: wait for the electronic invoice to be issued, then pay according to the instructions you receive. 

* An invoice can only be issued if you have your own VAT number (Partita IVA) or if the payment is made directly by your university, institution, or company. Once all the required billing information has been received, the University of Salerno will issue the electronic invoice. Payment should be made after the invoice has been issued.

Submit proof of payment

• Attach a PDF copy of your payment receipt using the link provided in the registration form. 

Wait for verification and confirmation

• Registration is confirmed after payment has been received and verified.

• The payment receipt is issued*.

* Payments are updated generally at the end of each week; therefore, the waiting time for your payment receipt may vary depending on when the payment information is received and verified.
