Worked on a join collorative project between Sapienza University and Crescent University.
Experiments were conducted on a project title “Use of HTPB - Boron Based Solid Fuels for Hybrid Rocket Engines and Solid ducted Ramjet Applications”
Learnt various fuel grain preparation techniques for HTPB-based solid fuels.
Conducted ballistic fire tests. Used High-Resolution Scanning Electron Microscopy (HR SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray analysis (EDX) elemental mapping, particle size analysis to analysis fuel grains before and after buring.
Learnt techniques to capture Images with High-speed camera and to analysis of the data

Worked on a research topic entitled with “ Additive Manufacturing techniques for Hybrid Rocket Engine fuel grain using paraffin and MgB2”. It was a joint project between the Royal Military academy of Belgium and ULB.
Key Activities:
- - - In this work I directly contributed from the ground stage of literature review to the development of a mechanical system (a 3D printer) for printing paraffin with metal additives.
    - Executed lecture review to select an Additive Manufacturing technique that can print paraffin.
    - Carried out Paraffin fuel Thermal properties analysis.
    - Analysis of XDR / XRF test results for MgB2 in collaboration with 4MAT Laboratory, ULB.
    - Printer selection and procurement process. Development of the Mechanical System in the lab.
    - Test trails to print the Paraffin layers along with metal additives
