Plane
From Fiumicino airport take the train to Roma Termini (timetable may be found here https://oraritreniitalia.com/trenitalia-orari-fiumicino_aeroporto-roma_termini). The conference is within walking distance.
From Ciampino Airport take the bus to Roma Termini. The conference is within walking distance.
Taxi
A taxi from Fiumicino has a fixed rate of about 50 Euros. From Ciampino it is 30 Euros.
Metro
Both A and B lines stop at Termini, which is within walking distance. The B line also stops in Cavour which is few meters from the Hotel and Conference Center
