Dr. Agostino Bucalo graduated in Cellular Molecular Biology and Biomedical Sciences in 2018 at University of Rome "Tor Vergata". Later, he obtained a PhD in Molecular Medicine at Sapienza, University of Rome (2022). Currently, he is resident in Clinical Pathology and Clinical Biochemistry at Sapienza Univesity of Rome (2025). He is currently a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Molecular Medicine, Sapienza University of Rome.

His research activity is mainly focused on genetics and molecular epidemiology of solid tumors, with particular interest in the genetic susceptibility of male breast cancer
