First Grade 

Making Friends

In first grade, we learn to make new friends. We practice turn-taking, sharing, and being patient. We learn about our emotions and how to work through strong feelings. We learn to respect others and ourselves. This hard work is just as important as knowing how to read, write, calculate, and think critically. Welcome to our classroom!
