6th/7th Grade Social Studies

World Regions

Our sixth and seventh graders are studying world regions. The six combined units for sixth and seventh grade have been divided into three units per year following a Year One - Year Two trajectory.

8th Grade Social Studies

U.S. history

Our eighth graders are studying U.S. history from the American Revolution through Reconstruction. There are six total units that will bring students throughout this foundational time in United States history.

Unit 1: From Colony to Nation: The Origins of the United States

Unit 2: Origins of the United State Democracy and National Identity

Unit 3: The Early American Republic

Unit 4: Westward Expansion and First U.S. Industrial Revolution
