SAE stands for Supervised Agricultural Experience. Each FFA member has to partake in an SAE within the six categories (Service Learning, School-Based Enterprise, Research, Placement/Internship, Ownership/Entrepreneurship, and Foundational SAE). SAEs are designed to open doors to multiple career paths for students and teach them necessary skills and qualities they will need in the future.
