Molecular Beam Epitaxy Laboratory
The Bicocca MBE Laboratory is dedicated to the development of nanostructured III-V semiconductor materials for applications in Quantum Communication and Quantum Computing, Space and Energy Applications, Biomedicine.
The group actively participated to the development of the Droplet Epitaxy process for the fabrication of 3D nanostructures for Photonics and Optoelectronics applications
It operates in two sites:

Project: ANTHEM
Fabrication and study of epitaxial nanomaterials for advanced, wearable, biosensors for the early diagnosis and monitoring of diseases. The work will be done in collaboration with the biomedicine laboratory of Milano-Bicocca University.
Role: She/He will apply technical expertise, innovative mindset, and adaptive imagination to the design and the execution of the research activities.
