The maximum number of pages is 12 including references.

Papers will be selected through a peer-review process, taking into account originality, significance, clarity, soundness, relevance and technical contents.

Accepted papers will be included in the ICIAP 2025 Conference Proceedings, which will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (LNCS). All papers to appear in the proceedings must follow the instructions set forth by Springer for the “preparation of proceedings papers published in the LNCS”. 

Authors of selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit substantially extended versions to the Journal of Imaging Special Issue "Computer Vision for Food Data Analysis: Methods, Challenges, and Applications" edited by MDPI.
