Full Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original, unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard camera-ready format. Submissions must include a title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with an email address. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers. 

Original papers based on theoretical or experimental works related to the sub-topics are solicited for presentation at the conference. The paper should begin with a title, short abstract and a list of keywords. Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/ journals) are not allowed. 

The ICoFChem 2023 organisers term “plagiarism” as serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism, and the submissions by the same author will be rejected when identified. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee to improve the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author wants to register the paper upon a favourable response from the conference organisers. ICoFChem 2023 doesn’t encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted. 

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections by the reviewers' suggestions and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. 

Step-by-Step Guidelines for the Full Paper Submission: 

1. Download the relevant documents for the manuscript preparation:

   • Authors' Guide (Single Column)

   • Advances in Materials Research Full Paper Template (Single Column)

2. Go to UniMAP eConference Webpage for ICoFCheM2023 (accessible via the following embedded webpage)

3. Log into the UniMAP eConference System 

4. Click on "Editing > Papers" from the menu

5. Click "Submit Now"

6. Key in all related information and upload the full paper as an attachment

7. Click "Submit" upon confirmation of all key-in information

8. Wait for the response from the organizing team.

Note: 

• All manuscripts shall be submitted in single-column format.

• The submission does not guarantee the publication of all submitted articles as the content is subjected to the review and scope of either article/ proceedings and publisher. The final publication of the article shall be informed to the presenters by the organizing team before the final decision.
