"Student" includes any local or international student who is an active, full-time student currently studying and residing in Malaysia (local/ private university)
"UniMAP staff" includes any local or international staff (academic/ non-academic/ researchers) currently servicing UniMAP
"Others" includes any personnel/ organization that doesn't fit into the description group of item (1), (2) or (4).
"International participant" includes any personnel/ organization currently studying, servicing and/or residing out of Malaysia.
"Poster Presentation" include any personnel/ organization (student or staff) who opt for poster presentation during the conference and must present the poster personally at the venue
Important Note:
The conference fees include the complimentary all-day conference package, meals, certificates, and proceedings. Accommodation is NOT included in the conference fee. However, we can help to arrange the booking in the conference venue hotel.
Presenters who got the papers accepted but cannot attend the conference must pay the FULL fee for their papers to be published in the proceeding and/or the journal.
Payment can be made within the eConference system after the full paper is ACCEPTED.
