REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR ICoCET 2024!
The ICoCET 2024 event is scheduled to take place on 2 – 3 September 2024, in person. However, participants who are unable to travel will have the option to present their work remotely and participate virtually.
The ICoCET committee is happy to send an invitation letter to conference participants who need it for their visa application. In order to request a letter of invitation, please contact ICoCET 2024 secretary at icocet2024@unimap.edu.my.
Malaysian participants who are presenting papers physically are required to attend the conference in person.

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS
1. Admission to all technical sessions and keynote speech on 2 September 2024.
2. Admission to lunch, and coffee breaks on 2 September 2024.
3. ICoCET 2024 goodie bag, including proceeding materials and certificate of attendance in digital copy.

1. The fees are exclusive of bank transfer charges.
2. The receipts will be given out during event registration for physical presenters. For virtual presenters, the receipts will be given out post-conference. Nevertheless, you can request receipts from the ICoCET 2024 Treasurer without having to wait until after the conference.
3. Each registration allows one participant to attend.
4. A normal registration covers four (4) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices.
5. If someone wishes to register several papers, to enjoy the additional paper discount, he/she should contact the ICoCET 2024 Treasurer. The Treasurer will then authorize the payment in the registration system. The Treasurer can be contacted at icocet2024@unimap.edu.my.
6. Payment through local order will not be accepted.

You will need to provide important details (for both local (Malaysia) and international participants) and upload your proof of payment on this page. Please note that all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant. The ICoCET2024 committee requires proof of payment for your paper to be published in our conference.
IEEE NO-SHOW POLICY
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference, either by appearing physically or online, as determined by the organizer.
Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
