PAPER SUBMISSIONS
1) Author Responsibilities
Write an article that is based on IEEE Conference Manuscript Templates (IEEE - Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings)
Submit original work that has not been published previously, nor is currently submitted to any other publication, including publications in other languages
Plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification of any aspect of the paper is unacceptable
Cite only articles that are directly relevant to the submitted paper
Describe methods and materials with enough detail that the work can be reproduced
Acknowledge research funder and any conflicts of interest
Report any substantial changes to the paper after acceptance to the Conference Publication Chair, who may decide that re-review is appropriate; this includes changes to the bibliography
2) Policy on Plagiarism
All papers submitted to 2024 IEEE ICoCET will be checked for plagiarism via the IEEE CrossCheck system. If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Note that even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings. Instruction to Authors of Accepted Paper/s:
CAMERA READY paper must be submitted before deadline.
Copyright: Corresponding Author will receive an email from IEEE having a link to fill the Copyright Form online and it will be mandatory to fill this Online Copyright form to include the paper in conference proceedings and for possible publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
REGISTRATION must be completed as per date mentioned in notification email to generate invoice to the author/s.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
STEP 1:
Download the Camera Ready Format for ICoCET 2024.
Templates Download: Template in Microsoft Word Format (IEEE - Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings)
The paper length should not exceed four (4) pages, IEEE two (2) column format. You need to modify your paper exactly as per the format requirements specified in the Camera-Ready Format.
STEP 2:
Use the IEEE PDF eXpress link as given below to check the Camera-Ready paper is IEEE compliant.
INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS FOR USING IEEE PDF eXpress:
1) Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://ieee-pdf express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F)
First-time users should do the following:
1. Click on Create account.
2. Enter the following:
· 63343X for the Conference ID
· your email address
· a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

2. Conference id is 63343X.
3. Enter your email id and password.
4. Click on "Create New Title".
5. Enter your Paper Title.
6. Click on "Submit File for Checking and Converting".
7. Upload your paper (Ensure that your paper is in IEEE format before uploading).
8. You will receive IEEE Xplore PDF compatible version on your mentioned email-id with a PID no.
Please submit the PDF of the Camera Ready Copy generated by PDF express only.
2) Contacting PDF eXpress Support
Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.
If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the Ask A Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.
STEP 3:
Please Rename your PDF as XXX_camerar.PDF where XXX is your paper ID.
STEP 4:
Submit your following documents to FrappeHub system (the link is provided in the email acceptance.
IEEE PDF Compliant Camera Ready Paper (XXX_camerar.pdf)
*Make sure that you upload the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF to the conference system WITHOUT making any changes to the file or filename.
ICoCET Best Paper Awards
The purpose of the ICoCET Best Paper Awards in ICoCET 2024 is to recognize and honour exceptional research papers presented at the conference. The selection of the best papers is based on the below criteria:
The research contribution should showcase both originality and significance.
To be eligible, the paper must be submitted by a presenter and physically/virtually presented at the conference.
The manuscript should be clear and polished, with a maximum of 4 pages.
The paper award evaluation process is determined based on the scores received during the double-blind review of the initial submission and final evaluation by Technical Programme Committee.
The allotted time for each presentation is 15 minutes, comprising of 10 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions and answers from the audience. Considering that the lecture sessions encompass multiple presentations, it is imperative to adhere to the prescribed 15-minute time slot.
In every session room, participants will have access to a LCD projector and computer equipped with Windows operating system, MS Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
ICoCET do use any standard template for presentation. Background online template for virtual presenter is provided. Please download the background online template here.

Papers should be a maximum of four (4) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Header and footer should be excluded in the paper.
