This template is for creating graphics that are standard widescreen, which is typically 1080p resolution (1920x1080) with a 16x9 aspect ratio.
Virtually all social media sites support this size format and many cameras output photos with this aspect ratio as standard.
This template is for creating square graphics, at 1920p resolution (1920x1920) with a 1:1 aspect ratio.
Most social media sites support this size, and many, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, allocate more surface area for square posts than for 16x9 widescreen posts. That means more exposure for your message and likely higher conversion.
This aspect ratio allows users to leverage the additional space to add a dedicated header and footer that can be used for additional messaging, subtitles, branding and CTAs.
All these measures increase retention which ultimately boosts conversion and profit.
Facebook Banner sizes change regularly, however, Facebook has standardized their personal and business page banners.
